For major appliances like refrigerators and washing machines, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Smaller kitchen gadgets are usually delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
Do you provide installation services for purchased products?
Yes, we offer professional installation services for selected categories including air conditioners, chimneys, and water purifiers. You can opt-in for installation at the checkout page or contact our support team once your product is delivered.
What is your return policy if I receive a damaged product?
We have a 7-day 'Easy Return' policy for products that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure you record an unboxing video and contact our customer service immediately to initiate a replacement or refund.
Are all products covered by a manufacturer warranty?
